Woman dies after getting hit by same vehicle she had been riding in

Twenty-four-year-old Priscilla Acosta, who had been riding in a Cadillac Seville CTS that was heading east on the Loop 410 access road in San Antonio, Texas last Monday, July 14, died after she was hit by the same vehicle she was riding in while she tried to cross the lanes of the highway and the westbound access road at around 4:52 a.m.

According to San Antonio police sergeant James Lint, Acosta left the vehicle she was riding in and was crossing several lanes of traffic when the driver of the vehicle she had been traveling in looped back around the highway – this time it was driving in the westbound access road – and hit her.

Acosta was transported to University Hospital, where she later died due to her injuries. Our entire legal team at Chris Mayo Law Firm sends our deepest condolences to the loved ones of the victim.
