2 SSD approval programs help people with rare diseases

 In Social Security Disability

Allsup, a national SSDI representation company, recently reported on the growth of two fast-track Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) approval programs. The two programs are designed to help people with rare diseases receive Social Security benefits as soon as possible.

Quick Disability Determination (QDD) and Compassionate Allowance (CAL) both allow people that suffer from rare diseases to gain access to Social Security Disability benefits much more quickly than other SSD claimants.

In 2012, Texas, Florida, and California received the most fast-track applications compared to other U.S. states and territories.

If you are suffering from an ailment or disability that is interfering with your ability to work, you may be eligible to receive SSD benefits. The attorneys at the Chris Mayo Law Firm help San Antonio claimants with SSD applications and appeals. Call (210) 999-9999 to speak with a member of our legal team today.
