Caitlyn Jenner settles lawsuit with accident victim

 In Personal Injury

Sixty-six-year-old television personality and former Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner was able to finalize a settlement with Jessica Steindorf, a woman who was injured during the four-vehicle pileup Jenner caused on the Pacific Coastal Highway in Malubu in February 2015.

Steindorf filed a lawsuit against Jenner late last year seeking compensation for personal injury and property damage. According to news sources, Jenner’s insurance company will cover the settlement with Steindorf.

Jenner may still have to face lawsuits from the stepchildren of Kim Howe, the woman who was killed during the accident, and from the family in the other vehicle involved in the accident. Howe’s stepchildren have filed suit against Jenner for wrongful death while the family in the Hummer wants to be paid for damages.
