Should I call a lawyer before I call an insurance company?

I think that you should call a lawyer before you call the insurance company if you’ve been in an accident of any time. The reason why I say that is this. Insurance companies are profit-driven. The sole duty or the sole responsibility of an insurance company is to their shareholders. And how does an insurance company make money? They make it by collecting premiums but they also make it by denying claims or paying as little as they possibly can on a claim. If you don’t have a lawyer to protect you on a claim, don’t think that you are in good hands with the insurance company. Don’t think that they are your good neighbor, that there’s going to be a cute gecko that comes around the corner and is going to take care of all of your needs. Flow isn’t going to be there, nobody is going to be there on your side other than a lawyer. So give us a call. We are open 365 days a year, 24/7 and we will assist you in any way that we possibly can.
